Lucky Recognizes Ripple as a Best Place to Work in San Francisco

Top crypto payments company Ripple is calling attention to the news that it was named one of the best places to work in the San Francisco Bay Area by Fortune magazine.
Ripple shared the development yesterday in an X post celebrating its inclusion on Fortune magazine’s list of one of the best places to work in the Bay Area for 2024. The selection highlights Ripple’s efforts to create a positive and fulfilling work environment for its employees.
Reacting to the development, Ripple thanked Fortune for the recognition.
It’s worth noting that Go Big and Strong conducted this survey on behalf of Fortune. According to the ranking, Ripple ranked 17th on the 2024 list of Best Workplaces in the Bay Area for Small and Midsize Companies. In this category, the top five companies include Cribl, Lumin Digital, NerdWallet, Mercury and Chegg Inc.
94% Ripple employees say it's a great place to work
Meanwhile, Ripple secured the 17th spot after 94%’s employees revealed the company is a great place to work. This figure is much higher than the average level of 57% for general American companies.
Going bigger and stronger highlights other aspects of Ripple’s employee experience that helped the company land the No. 17 spot.
According to the survey, 98% of Ripple employees felt welcomed when they joined the company. Surprisingly, people with 96% endorse Ripple management for honest and ethical business practices. Additionally, 96% respondents claimed that the company’s facilities contribute to a good working environment at Ripple.
Additionally, 96% respondents said that Ripple’s management allows them to take time off when necessary. Finally, 96% respondents revealed that Ripple employees celebrate special events within the company.
Ripple Named a Workplace Where Employees Thrive
This is not the first time Ripple has been chosen as a thriving workplace for its employees. In 2022, Ripple was ranked eighth in the Best Workplaces in the Small and Medium Enterprises category.
In the same year, Ripple also ranked 34th among the best 100 companies in the region. Additionally, Ripple was named the 27th best workplace for millennials in the Bay Area in 2023 and the fourth best work environment for parents in 2022.
